1. About These Terms
1.1 These terms and conditions of use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Rylo website at sendrylo.co.uk and any content, features, or services available through it ('Site'). These Terms apply between Recfindr Ltd ('we', 'us', 'our') and you, the person accessing or using the Site.
1.2 By using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.
1.3 The Site is provided free of charge for informational and business purposes. Where you receive software services from us (access to the Rylo platform), separate Subscription Terms and a Data Processing Agreement will apply.
1.4 We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About Us
2.1 We are Recfindr Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Rylo.
3. Using the Site
3.1 The Site is designed for professional use by recruitment agencies, talent acquisition professionals, hiring teams, and authorised business users seeking to create, manage, and share client workspaces and candidate materials through Rylo.
3.2 You are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the Site, including internet connection and device costs.
3.3 You agree not to:
- Reproduce, duplicate, or re-sell any part of the Site in contravention of these Terms
- Use the Site for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its infrastructure, or underlying systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful or disruptive code
- Use the Site to send unsolicited communications to individuals with whom you have no prior relationship
- Systematically extract content from the Site using automated tools (scraping)
- Interfere with other users' experience or the stability of the platform
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority when using the Site
3.4 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or are misusing the Site in a way that could damage other users, third parties, or Rylo.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All intellectual property rights in the Site — including its underlying software, systems, architecture, content blocks, design language, branding, and functionality — are owned by or licensed to Recfindr Ltd.
4.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site solely for its intended purpose: to explore, evaluate, and (if a subscriber) use Rylo for your recruitment business development activity.
4.3 You must not: reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site's codebase, systems, or interface outside normal, authorised use.
4.4 'Rylo', 'Recfindr', and associated logos, marks, and brand elements are trademarks or trade names of Recfindr Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as strictly necessary to refer to our platform in the context of normal use.
5. Your Privacy
5.1 Our Privacy Policy (available at sendrylo.co.uk/privacy) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. It forms part of these Terms.
5.2 Where you use Rylo as a subscriber and upload personal data relating to candidates, clients, or other third parties, our Data Processing Agreement governs how we process that data on your behalf.
6. Submitting Content and Information
6.1 You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any information or content you submit via the Site or through the Rylo platform.
6.2 You represent and warrant that any personal data you upload relating to third parties (e.g. candidate profiles) has been obtained lawfully and that you have a valid legal basis for sharing it with us via the platform.
6.3 Other than personal data (which is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our DPA), any non-personal content you voluntarily submit to us (e.g. feedback, suggestions) may be used by us without restriction or obligation of confidentiality.
7. Site Availability and Accuracy
7.1 We aim to keep the Site accurate, up to date, and available, but we make no guarantee of continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7.2 Content on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, technical, or professional advice.
7.3 We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
8.1 The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

- Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings

These Terms do not create any rights enforceable by third parties. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
